Case May Be Filed Against Retired Person
Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to have prevented filling of a case against a retired public servant in connection with commission of corruption having embezzled
or causing loss to government or public property or the property belonging to an organization owned by Government of Nepal even after such public servant is retired from the service.
